Last Updated: 25 June 2026

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Frappe School, including its website, courses, certifications, learning materials and related services ("Services"). By creating an account, purchasing a course or certification, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using Frappe School

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you use Frappe School on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, providing accurate information, complying with these Terms and all applicable policies, and for all activities carried out using your account. You must promptly notify Frappe of any unauthorized use of your account.

Your use of Frappe School is also subject to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Courses and Certifications

Frappe School offers online courses and certification programs.

Access to courses is granted according to your purchase or subscription. Course content, lessons and certifications may be updated, modified or discontinued at any time.

Certification is intended to evaluate proficiency in the applicable version of ERPNext and does not guarantee expertise across all versions, modules or business scenarios, nor does it guarantee successful implementation or consulting outcomes.

Certification requirements, evaluation methods, passing criteria, retake limits and eligibility requirements are published by Frappe School and may be updated from time to time.

Candidates must complete all certification requirements within three (3) months of enrollment unless otherwise specified. Failure to do so may require re-enrollment before certification can be awarded.

3. Certification Rules

To maintain the integrity of Frappe certifications, candidates must:

  • present valid identification when requested;
  • complete all evaluations independently without assistance;
  • follow evaluator instructions and examination rules;
  • not copy, record, distribute or disclose examination materials; and
  • not engage in cheating, impersonation or any other dishonest conduct.

Frappe may invalidate examination results, revoke certifications, suspend future participation or permanently restrict access to certification programs if it reasonably believes these rules have been violated.

4. Payments and Refunds

Fees for paid courses and certifications must be paid in advance unless otherwise stated.

Pricing, payment methods and available services may change from time to time.

Refunds, extensions and other payment-related requests are governed by Frappe's Refund Policy or any applicable policy published for the relevant course or certification.

5. Intellectual Property

All content available through Frappe School, including courses, lessons, videos, documentation, assessments, software, trademarks and other materials, is owned by Frappe Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, Frappe grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your own learning.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly share, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any part of the Services except where expressly permitted by Frappe.

Any feedback, suggestions or testimonials you voluntarily provide may be used by Frappe to improve its products and services without compensation.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • misuse or interfere with the Services;
  • attempt unauthorized access to our systems or the accounts of other users;
  • extract, scrape or systematically copy learning materials except where expressly permitted;
  • upload malicious software or harmful content;
  • violate applicable laws or the rights of others; or
  • use the Services in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.

Security testing or vulnerability reporting must comply with Frappe's Responsible Disclosure Policy.

7. Privacy and Third-Party Services

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Services may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites or services. Frappe is not responsible for the availability, content or practices of those third-party services.

8. Availability and Changes

We continually improve our Services and may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features, courses, certifications or learning materials at any time.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frappe disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Frappe shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of the Services. To the extent permitted by law, Frappe's total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time and may request deletion of your account.

Frappe may suspend or terminate your account, certifications or access to the Services if you violate these Terms, fail to make required payments or misuse the Services.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that by their nature continue after termination.

11. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Frappe regarding your use of Frappe School.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
