We are growing our consulting team and looking for a motivated Junior Functional Consultant to join us in Doha.ole OverviewYou will work closely with our senior consultants and clients to understand business processes, document requirements, configure ERPNext, and support projects from kickoff to go-live. This is a hands-on, client-facing role, ideal for someone with a strong accounting foundation who wants to build a career in ERP consulting.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct requirement-gathering sessions with clients and understand their business processesPrepare clear requirement documents, process flows, and functional specifications (BRD/FRD)Configure ERPNext modules (Accounts, Selling, Buying, Stock, HR) based on client needsSet up Chart of Accounts, taxes, cost centers, and accounting workflowsPerform user training, UAT support, and go-live assistanceCoordinate with the development team to communicate customization requirementsProvide post-implementation support and resolve user queriesMaintain project documentation and update status to project managersRequirements1–2 years of experience as a functional consultant or in an ERP implementation or support role (ERPNext/Frappe experience preferred)Strong understanding of accounting concepts (GL, AR/AP, bank reconciliation, inventory valuation)Excellent requirement documentation skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to work directly with clientsFluent in English, both written and spokenBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, Business, IT, or a related fieldBasic understanding of Frappe framework concepts (DocTypes, workflows, reports)Willingness to work on-site in Doha, QatarVisa & RelocationThe company will sponsor the work visa for this position.
