We are looking for an experienced and motivated ERPNext Functional Consultant with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in ERPNext implementation and functional consulting.The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into effective ERPNext solutions.The candidate must be willing to relocate to Uttrakhand. This is a full-time, on site job.Key Responsibilities● Understand and analyze client business processes and functional requirements.● Conduct requirement gathering, business process mapping, and gap analysis.● Configure and implement ERPNext modules based on business requirements.● Work on modules such as Accounts, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, CRM, HR, Payroll, Projects, and Quality.● Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), process flows, and implementation documentation.● Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and requirement discussions.● Coordinate with technical/development teams for customizations and integrations.● Prepare test scenarios and perform functional testing and UAT support.● Provide user training and assist clients during implementation and go-live.● Troubleshoot functional issues and provide appropriate solutions.● Support post-go-live activities and ensure smooth adoption of ERPNext.● Coordinate with project managers and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.● Stay updated with new ERPNext/Frappe features and best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications● 2–3 years of experience in ERPNext functional consulting/implementation.● Good understanding of ERPNext and Frappe Framework.● Hands-on experience with ERPNext configuration and implementation.● Strong knowledge of business processes across one or more areas such as Manufacturing, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Accounts, CRM, HR, or Payroll.● Experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, UAT, and user training.● Good analytical and problem-solving skills.● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.● Ability to independently interact with clients and understand their business requirements.● Ability to prepare functional documentation and process workflows.● Basic understanding of ERPNext customizations and integrations will be an added advantage.● Experience working with manufacturing or other industry-specific ERP implementations will be preferred.Interested candidates may apply by emailing their CV to us at [email protected].
