We are looking for an experienced and motivated ERPNext Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in ERPNext/Frappe development and customization.The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, a good understanding of ERPNext architecture and business workflows, and the ability to develop customized solutions based on client requirements. The candidate should be comfortable working with functional consultants, project managers, and clients to deliver scalable and efficient ERP solutions.The candidate must be willing to relocate to Uttarakhand. This is a full-time, on-site job.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, customize, and maintain ERPNext applications based on business requirements.Work extensively with the Frappe Framework, including DocTypes, client scripts, server scripts, hooks, and custom applications.Develop custom features, workflows, reports, print formats, and dashboards in ERPNext.Customize standard ERPNext modules such as Accounts, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, CRM, HR, Payroll, Projects, and Quality.Develop and maintain server-side logic using Python and client-side functionality using JavaScript.Work with MariaDB, SQL queries, database structures, and data management.Develop custom reports, queries, and integrations to meet specific business needs.Integrate ERPNext with third-party applications and external APIs.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in existing ERPNext implementations.Optimize application performance and ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability.Assist with data migration, import/export operations, and system upgrades.Collaborate with functional consultants to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Perform unit testing, debugging, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).Maintain technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and development activities.Support deployment, go-live, and post-implementation technical activities.Stay updated with the latest ERPNext and Frappe Framework features, updates, and development best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications2–3 years of hands-on experience in ERPNext/Frappe development.Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.Good understanding of the Frappe Framework architecture and ERPNext application structure.Experience developing custom DocTypes, forms, workflows, scripts, reports, and print formats.Hands-on experience with Frappe hooks, REST APIs, background jobs, and custom app development.Working knowledge of MariaDB/MySQL and database query optimization.Familiarity with Git and version control practices.Understanding of ERPNext modules and standard business workflows.Experience in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting ERPNext applications.Ability to understand functional requirements and convert them into reliable technical solutions.Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with functional consultants, developers, and project teams.Basic knowledge of Linux commands, server management, and deployment processes.Preferred QualificationsExperience working on manufacturing or industry-specific ERPNext implementations.Experience with third-party integrations and API development.Familiarity with Frappe Cloud, ERPNext deployment, and application upgrades.Experience with performance optimization and handling large datasets.Contributions to custom Frappe applications or open-source projects will be an added advantage.How to ApplyInterested candidates may share their updated CV at [email protected] Type: Full-time, On-siteExperience: 2–3 yearsLocation: Uttarakhand (relocation required)
