As an ERPNext Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding client business processes, configuring the ERPNext system to meet their needs, and providing ongoing support and training to ensure successful implementation and adoption. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERPNext implementation and configuration, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.Configure ERPNext system modules to meet client needs, including but not limited to: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, HR, and CRM.Conduct gap analysis to identify areas where customization or additional development may be required.Develop and implement solutions to address client requirements, including customization, scripting, and integration with other systems.Provide training to clients and end-users on ERPNext functionality and best practices.Provide ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing system performance.Document client requirements, configurations, and customizations.Stay current on ERPNext updates and new features, evaluating their potential impact on client implementations.Collaborate with developers and technical consultants as needed to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.Act as a subject matter expert on ERPNext functionality and best practices, providing guidance and recommendations to clients and internal teams.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.Proven experience implementing and configuring ERPNext for small to medium-sized businesses.Strong understanding of business processes across various industries, with the ability to translate requirements into ERPNext solutions.Experience with ERPNext customization, scripting, and integration techniques.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Experience providing training and support to end-users.Knowledge of ERPNext development tools and methodologies is a plus.ERPNext certification is preferred but not required.Join our team and be part of a collaborative environment where your skills and expertise will make a meaningful impact on our clients’ success.
