List your organisation on Frappe School
Teach Frappe or ERPNext on Frappe School? Tell us about your organisation and we'll build your page at school.frappe.io/organisations/your-name. It lists your courses, batches and team, and appears on the Organisations page.
Who can fill this in: Frappe School course creators and evaluators. Log in with that account first. If you train independently, use your own name as the organisation.
How your page is built
Courses and batches are added for you. Every published Frappe School course taught by someone on your team is listed automatically. So are batches that haven't ended yet: upcoming ones under "Upcoming batches", running ones under "Current batches". You don't list them here.
Team bios come from each person's Frappe School profile. A team member shows up only once they're an instructor on at least one published course. Their card uses the name, profile photo and headline from their own profile. To change a bio, that person edits their profile on Frappe School (open the profile and choose Edit Profile). The title you give below, such as "Founder", appears on their card above the headline. If someone has no headline, their title is shown on its own. Clicking a card opens their profile.
Course and batch thumbnails come from the course or batch itself, not this form. Each card picks the first of these that exists:
- The thumbnail image on the course (or the meta image on the batch). Use a 16:9 image, for example 1280 × 720.
- Otherwise, its preview video. For a YouTube link we use YouTube's own thumbnail for that video, so to change it, set a custom thumbnail in YouTube Studio. For an uploaded MP4, WebM or MOV file we show its first frame.
- Otherwise, a grey tile with the first letter of the title.
What happens next: the Frappe School team reviews your details, adds your team members and publishes the page. Until then you can come back to this form to make changes. Once the page is live, email [email protected] for updates.
